The FOCUS ministry of Shepherd’s Staff will be hosting a one hour presentation on grief and loss, presented by Sarah Reik of WCLFS- Christian Family Solutions on November 12th at 1 pm at St. Matthews church.
FOCUS ministry is an acronym for Friends Offering Christ-centered Understanding and Support. Our purpose is to be able to walk along with members and their families in the affirmation of their faith when they have experienced the loss of a loved one. If you are interested in participating in our ministry, no special skill set is required, just a willingness to be a friend to someone experiencing loss.
