The Rock River Circuit will host the Spring Rally on April 22, 2023, at New Life Lutheran Church at 1100 N Lyford Rd. Rockford, IL from 8:00-12:30. Aaron Weichman will speak on Building Eternal Friendships by talking about Friends Network.
